1. 24-Hour Return Policy
We offer a 24-hour return window from the date you receive your item. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging.
Must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
We cannot accept returns on items that show clear signs of use, or if the original packaging has been damaged or is missing key components.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards.
Items sold as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
4. How to Start a Return

Once your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please Note: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or we made an error in shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message through your phone number to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 5-7 business days.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective products.
7. Exchanges
